Kath Shurcliff has more than 30 years experience working on environmental, conservation and development issues, in east Africa, northern Australia, China, Indonesia, Melanesia and Micronesia. For the last 10 years she has specialized in community-based approaches and support to development of non-government and community institutions, especially in developing countries. She has recently initiated a regional wide team of partnership specialists within an international conservation NGO. This team is focused on providing support for good management of teams, projects, organisations, and collaborative partnerships to achieve conservation results.
